From start to finish , Rich provides a really professional service . He put a doorway through from the hall into the kitchen , involving electrics, gas and kitchen unit change around .. and new / additional flooring in both areas. The result exceeded our expectations and its made a huge difference to our lives.. no more traipsing through the living room to get to the kitchen.
The price he quotes is the price you pay and everything is itemised. Any additions , you know about and have agreed to.
More importantly is the trust and confidence in him as a person . Very friendly and excellent with advice. As with all projects , things change, but he suggests and you either agree or not.
The photos show the before and after … the woodwork isnt painted as yet as thats a job i like doing myself.

Most reliable, friendly, professional and hard working company we've ever used!
We moved to Wombourne in 2023 and were given R.A.S contact details, as we didn’t know any contractors in the area. The initial work was to update the downstairs lounge/dining room/hall (including stripping woodchipped walls, plastering, electrics). We were so pleased with the quality of the work, that we then asked Richard to renovate the upstairs, which included taking out internal stud walls, and a conversion into the eaves of the property roof, installing a bathroom suite, along with fitting a new garage roof and a completely new fitted kitchen with appliances.
Richard and his team have not only completed to a high standard of work, but within a short timescale and a reasonable price. They always cleared up each day, respected our home and had a professional and friendly manner. They often went over and above to complete the job!
Throughout the process, Richard has project managed all the works to our home, pulling in required services (plumbing, electricians, painters & decorators, plasterers) as and when required, taking all the stress of us and ensuring a smooth and timely completion of the works.
We are very happy with the final results of our renovated home and would definitely recommend R.A.S. as a respected and trustworthy company.
