Fantastic job from start to finish. Talks ya through what they doing etc , put my mind at rest. Adam is so lovely . Propper grafter. Very polite. They go the extra mile for you nothing is too much trouble. They tidy as they go then when all the work is done they return and give it all a clean and tidy so you wudnt think they had been. Just perfect.

8m length of surface drainage installed. Block paving removed, drainage fitted and paving resanded. Tidied up afterwards. Again very happy. Cost very reasonable. 3rd time I've used this builder and will do again. Thanks again Rated Construction

Great service, knowledgeable and highly recommended ?

We've used Rated Construction to complete some major house renovations over the last few months, replacing an old conservatory with an extension, open plan kitchen/diner space and utility/bathroom. It's transformed the back of our house.

Andy been brilliant throughout, he's very knowledgeable, has incredible attention to detail, and has been very considerate throughout. He is onsite every day to make our dream a reality
and has built our extension as if he was working on his own home.

Can’t recommend Rated Construction enough!!

We had been planning our extension for a number of years, and once we finalised the plans with our architect we asked if he could recommend a builder that was capable of taking on our extensive project. The only recommendation he gave was Andy at Rated Construction and we are so thankful that he did.

After getting numerous firms out during the tender process, Andy impressed us immediately with his knowledge, enthusiasm and patience. He was always on hand to answer any questions prior the build starting, and once things got going it was obvious that he really knows his stuff. We have had a full structural rebuild to the rear and multiple knock throughs opening up the full width of the house. At every stage he kept us informed of next steps. What has impressed us most is his attention to detail to make sure everything is inch perfect and exactly how we wanted it. We also really like the fact that rather than having a squad of lads running various jobs at any one time, Andy focuses solely on the job in hand and is onsite himself everyday doing the bulk of the work and overseeing everything to his high standards.

Rated Construction have completed our extension, installation of 6m sliding doors, full internal refurb, all joinery work and landscaping of the garden using porcelain tiles. Every aspect of the work had been to an impeccable standard. We are coming towards the end of the job now and we are so happy and impressed with the final result.

We honestly can’t recommend Rated Construction enough and if you are about to start a project of your own they should be your first port of call. They’ve genuinely turned our dream into actual reality!
