The plumber used to be very good to me which I even wanted to give him more stars but unfortunately no more. Since October we came into conclusion for bathroom renovation. I have fully paid all his money to him and he has done 50% of the job. Instead of him to complete the job he is always giving me excuses to the extend that he doesn’t pick my calls. I got a baby at home and all he could do is to leave trash all over my place. Can someone help me to locate him to do this job as is very inappropriate especially for my 5 months baby

DO NOT USE THIS 'COMPANY' he takes your money, lies, doesn't complete work and comes up with fantastic reasons why he can't return to finish the work. Search Rc Multi Services on Google reviews and it will show you other recent & historic complaints - he does this to many, it seems. He contacted me through the platform MyJobQuote he arrived at 8:30 new years eve and left at 10pm. He said he'd replaced pipework in a wetroom for a macerator which pumped out water when the shower was on. He showed me what he'd done and said he'd re piped it to join the 40mm pipe outside the house. This was done in the attic of the adapted adjoining bedroom. When my son came on new years day he looked into the attic where he saw the existing 22mm pipe was put into the center of the new 40mm pipe. (No idea if it was glued or not but even to me it would never have worked). This was done just passed where he had assured me that it was connected to the outside. When I questioned him about not going outside he said he'd done it from the inside. Yet another lie. I tried to contact him many many times to finish the work to no avail and my daughter took over contact because it was too much pressure for me. He responded to my daughter in the same way, making appointments and never turning up. He said he would come to take the macerator away and fix it saying its just like a blender inside and would be an easy fix. After a month of him taking away the macerator I asked him for my macerator back and my money, he agreed to a payment plan but only gave me Β£40. So I am now left with no toilet, no sink and no shower. He was paid in cash without a written quote because it's the 1st job I'd had done after my husband passed away and I wasn't sure how to deal with tradesmen. Consequently my disabled wetroom is now unusable and has been for the past 7 months. Check companies house where his and his wife's company got "forcibly dissolved." I wish I had checked him out before I accepted him to do the work. Please be aware of this company, it should not be trading. I had to give 1 star in order to submit this review but in my mind he isn't worth even that.

RCS Multiservices has been far from honest, reliable and s very much undeserving of a star in my opinion.

It's been has been 41 days since I paid my deposit for a unit to be fixed and it has been 24 days since I have requested a refund because the individual of this company always gave poor excuses why he could not do the job.

You have mentioned that it takes 14 days for a refund and it's now passed this. On 11 July you mentioned that within a few days the refund should be clear and this has also been overdue. You have also not responded to calls or messages on several occasions.

I am expecting a refund of Β£200. He mentioned that he does not have the money to pay me back on an occasion due to cashflow issues.

I have sent my bank details on the following dates 27th June and 5th July as he requested to transfer my refund and he have also mentioned around these dates that he would refund me Β£100 initially but have since changed this to Β£50 the next day. Weeks passed and I have received neither partial or full refund.

Untrustworthy and unreliable company! And as of writing this review he has still not responded to my calls or messages regarding when he will pay my refund aftwr 41 days, but have the Audacity to text me to say I need to remove the slanderous reviews or else he will seek advice. This review is factual and by no means slanderous and i have every messages i sent to proof it. This review will remain on his business pages because people need to be aware of this SCAM.

Had a outside tap fitted and the plumber noticed a leak before hand and fixed that too. Will be having more work done by them.
