Needed a big job done, knock through from lounge to kitchen turn lounge into kitchen and kitchen diner into lounge and snug, and create a utility off the new kitchen and build a balcony off the snug.
Rob was the only builder to actually respond, and the price was good.
We wanted it all done in 4 weeks, ambitious I know.
Work was completed on time, including a ton of extras we thought up as we went along, all accommodated in the plan .
Team were great, considerate and thoughtful. Work was of a fantastic quality. All the work was co-ordinated, some work was subbed, but the electrician, plumber, plasterers, decorators brought in were top quality.
Due to a mix up, kitchen supplier wasn't able to fit the kitchen, Rob completed this at really short notice.
I would give more than 5 stars if it was possible, can't speak highly enough of the finished work.

Excellent services provided by Rob from initial quote to completion. Project required removal of structural wall to provide open plan living area. Required skilled tradesman to follow structural engineer designs. Works started and were completed within agreed time frame. Rob and his team made a conscious effort to keep any dust etc to a minimum, removed all construction waste etc. Would highly recommend.

Rob Stevenson did what he said - quick mannerly and efficient. Never missed an appointment, cleared up, photos all the way to show progress. Job difficult and unusual. took in his stride, and l am very pleased with result. Although not a builder l have been around maintaining./repairing old Cornish property for 45 years and l recommend him
