Very professional and helpful. Highly recommended. We used RDK for our structural drawings for the rear extension. They were very prompt and helpful and got the design draft test in a week. Even after sharing the final design they have been helping out with queries from building control and our builder for a smooth execution. Real value for money.

RDK Civil Engineering Limited were recommended to me by a builder I spoke to about building an annex for my family. Since first contact, everything has been pleasant, prompt and productive. There were a few issues with the council approving application and boxes they wanted ticked, in particular dealing with trees, and RDK were very helpful and patient in navigating these issues. They took the lead, acted as the middle man, dealt with the council on my behalf, helped me to understand what the council wanted, why, and how we were to complete what was being asked for.
With the design, they took on board what we wanted, allowed us to change our minds, happily redesigned plans and done this until we were happy with everything. They responded to emails promptly, answered or returned calls quickly, took the time to explain parts of the process, and answered my many questions.
They have made it clear they will be committed and available to us until the completion of this project, which after the rocky road so far, makes me feel much better!
I will use them again in future, and recommend them to anyone who needs help in designing a building and obtaining planning permission for it.
