I had an inspection and recieved a quote for a few grand. so I wanted more information on the exact works taking place. A lady call nat said she will get back to me 2 days ago however I havnt heard anything since. I have to keep chasing it up. Right now I have a bath that's leaking everytime I have a shower. so now I'm down £60+ and havnt had any correspondence. And my quote expires next month. Every day counts and I need to know what works are going to be carried out. They used to reply to me almost instantly before being paid, now after accepting my payment for the inspection, the response time has slowed. Additionally, the quote dosent detail everything I highlighted from the inspection, I'm not going to book another one for any further works I need. I rather get it done all in one go. Either give me a refund or provide me an update ASAP. this is taking too long.

EDIT- I have now been issued a full refund. Initally the office manager said she will transfer me £59 as opposed to 65 which was a bit dodgy. she seemed to act like I was in the wrong when one of their staff (which I can evidence) said that they will get back to me on Tuesday. she also stated he rang me multiple times, ive checked and she called me once? and in my intial email i told her i prefer to be contacted via email as I'm mostly at work.

Anyway this was her response after issuing a refund - £65.00 has been refunded Please may we ask that you take down your review. For my staff to not reply within 24/48 hours of the last email - I feel is unfair to try to ruin our business

- this raises concerns because although I agree she is right to say not replying within 24/48 hours is unfair, a staff member confirming that she will get to me on Tuesday night is not really managing customers expectation. Although she failed to mention that and infact blatantly ignored it. I appreciate they refunded me but my time was wasted. And reviews are there for a reason. Don't accuse me of ruining your business when your company can't manage customers expectations.

Alas. I'm going to look elsewhere, please don't post anymore of your leaflets to my address. What a shady company.

You can reply with what you want however i have evidence of my dissatisfaction, and its almost funny how quick you are to reply to my email when I have an issue with your company. We can clearly see where your priorities lie. In addition you called me one time. why are you acting like that's not the case? You stated you contacted me multiple times. if that was the case I wouldnt be chasing anything up would I? anyway I cant waste anymore time with your company any more. Good luck to future customers. I hope you can do better for them then you did with me.

My front yard has been totally transformed, it was a mixture of a raised bed, Indian stone and concrete, this was cleared within a day, and to replace I opted for a porcelain tile and I couldn’t be happier with the end result, from initial quote to finish day the team have been great and the work carried out was to a high standard, would definitely recommend their services.
