Just rang up today and spoke to Bobby regarding renting out my flat. I have received a very genuine advice no other agent has given to me. (I can see that they weren't just trying to make comission out of me as the advice were tailored to my needs and concerns. To be honest, I wasn't expecting this level of helpful service before I call.
