He conducted a level 3 building survey on a property of mixed ages dating back to1800 and sent me a wonderfully comprehensive report.

He alerted me to matters that I could not have known about, as well as the ones I had been anticipating. After I'd read through the report, Julian spent time on the 'phone answering my follow-up questions and explaining clearly the implications of various matters. He gave me a good idea of the drawbacks. He also advised me about possible future problems that no-one can be sure about at this stage.

Armed with that information, I have more confidence to continue with my purchase.
