Really pleased with the service we received from Red Fox Surveyors. They were able to schedule a survey on really short notice and we had a comprehensive report that was detailed but easy to make sense of by the next day. Really quick turn around and very reasonably priced. Communication I had with Sue by email was great, and a nice friendly service. The report I got for my level 3 survey was detailed but written in a way that was easy to understand. Lots of pictures to go with the report and suggestions on what work could be done to fix the issues highlighted. Jerry was happy to schedule in a call to go over the findings too. I would highly recommend.

The survey report was ready the next working day and was very detailed, including far more photos than I have experienced in the past. Recently had a level 2 survey from Red Fox for a one bed flat I'm purchasing in Bristol. Sue at Red Fox was brilliant, managed to get me in for a survey just a week later, and was always very quick to respond. Jerry who undertook the survey provided me with a really thorough survey (the following day) which has given me the confidence I needed to go ahead with the purchase.

Red Fox were the most competitve quote I came across and came highly recommended for a good reason!

Great service from Jerry and Sue.

Sue booked me in less than a week in advance, got the report day after the survey was done.

Level 3 survey was satisfactory and had some good recommendations for us to improve the house when we move in and outlined some issues that we would never have thought about it.

Jerry took 100+ pictures also which is a good reference for us at home to view the place from different angles.

Jerry also called us to answer any questions we had in a professional manner.

Only thing that annoyed me is that everytime I called over the phone they had to ask for all of my details like I never called before and they seemed quite lost and phone cuts out twice, however when emailing Sue she responds promptly.

Totally reccomend, cheers guys!
