After being recommend I decided to contact Redman & Bispham Ltd to provide a quote for an extension on my grandparents' house. I explained to the Director that we had a very tight timescale to complete a fully adapted extension for my grandfather with little mobility. They knew the importance of the extension and even after a few minor hiccups, ensured is was completed in the short timeframe we had. The director stuck by his word and made sure the extension was ready for our move in date. We are so happy with their work and wouldn't recommend anyone else!!

Measured for a breakfast bar installation in August. Still waiting for quote despite having contacted company three times.
Last week rang again and emailed. Was promised a call back but, yet again, never received one.
It would be good practice to let a customer know if their project was not going to be undertaken rather than leaving them to second guess.
The initial visit was impressive, but sadly the lack of contact following was really poor and very disappointing.

Rude receptionist, walked through the front door and the middle door which was unlocked and when I actually found the receptionist office the first thing I got greeted with was "how did you get in" I thought it was pretty obvious that I got in through the doors that were unlocked, to add to it she escorted me to the said unlocked door just to see if I was lying. To top it off before I could get my words out for job that I was enquiring about, the ride receptionist cut me off and said "we are busy until December and the lads aren't here and they probably don't have time to small jobs." I thought moving recently this to this area and going to a local joiner would be good but clearly they just don't care because they are so busy !
