We were advised to attend the site by the reception team to view the Marlow show home, and told no appointment necessary and they will let the team on site know, as we are looking to purchase a Marlow outside of area and not on this specific development. We drove 40 miles to site to view the property, however met Jo the sales lady who extremely rudely told us to leave the site as we didn’t have an appointment and that she wouldn’t be allowing us to view.

My husband and I visited a show home at Amber Fields as we are interested in purchasing a Redrow home. The house was lovely and ticked all the boxes! Although we are considering moving to a different location, Jo was very helpful and was able to answer any questions we had, and give advice.

Lovely visit on Saturday to Amber Fields site. Madeline and Jo so helpful and friendly. No heavy sales pitches just gave me the time to ask my many questions. Was able to visit show homes on my own and take my time. Walked around the estate, met some residents and generally got a good feel for the place. Even have visitor toilet, which is a blessing after a long drive.

Ryan was so welcoming and was very helpful and a superb ambassador for Redrow. Nothing was to much trouble and we was able to relax and spent as much time we needed to see the show houses if all the Redrow sites have staff as the same as Ryan cannot recommend Redrow enough. John and Debbie Chester
