My wife and I are very pleased with the hospitality given by Amanda, Sales Executive. A very detailed explanation on the present and future development of the site as well as features of different types of houses. What's more - she took us to walk around the site and identify the exact locations of available houses. Indeed, a very pleasant and thorough briefing.

Went here by of chance with my sister, brother, greated by extremely friendly lady this was on Mon 25th, was allowed to view all 6 show homes which I was very happy about, they are decorated to high standard and was informed there will be another 600 homes being built. (I have visited other places not Redrow, made appointment traveled a distance arrived, then were told there are no show homes to look at, what waste of our time and petrol) Redrow are definitely the bests to deal with and plenty of show homes to look at. Congratulations, I am sure will be visiting again soon.
Visited again with my husband Martyn on Sat 22nd Oct definitely interested in this area, he phoned left voice message on Sunday morning, waiting for someone to get back to us to discuss.

We viewed the site on many occasions as we were unsure where to make our next move to.
On each occasion we visited we were met with a great welcome by Sian. Amanda an Ian we were led through the process an shown Drawings. Plans an Maps to each property an styles. Nothing was too much trouble. We were asked what our plans for the future were an between us we were guided to where we are today in a fantastic Amberley. Yes we have had snags but these are sorted straight away through Customer Service led on site by Clair & Alan an by all concerned plus contractors etc.
Even John the site Manager walks around regularly through the day asking if everything is ok. Very hands on Guy.
Took us 8 months to move in an were invited at various stages to view our new home. Internal selections were easy to select on line and assistance from the office on the final picks. So thank you all.

We went to look at the show homes in August. We knew the Marlow wasn’t going to be available, but we had a look at the others. When we went back to the office, we noticed that the floor plan at the site was different to the one on the Redrow website and on Rightmove. When questioned, we were treated as if we didn’t know what we were talking about and that the one they have at the showroom is the only one available. We left disappointed.
Recently we saw online that there was a Marlow that was complete, with finishes etc included in the price, so we wanted to have a look at it to see if we would be interested. I called to make an appointment to view it, and was told they would be getting the keys the following Wednesday, so we made an appointment for the Saturday. The Tuesday before the viewing, we saw on the interactive map that the house we were supposed to see was no longer available. I called to confirm the viewing, and was told that it is jo longer available and they would take us to view an incomplete house. The whole point of us going to view the original house was to look at the finishes, no a completely different house. I cancelled the appointment.
I am disappointed with how we have been treated by Redrow, which is a shame because we do really like the houses they build.

The customer service is 5 star in here compare to lisvane churchland redrow.
Over here the staff welcome you , explain everything in very polite manner . I was about to buy a house there just because of the service manner. well done on you guys.
When it comes to lisvane churchland redrow God they are miserable . not keen to help you. I won't go there anymore.

In the process of making a reservation on a house at the Hollies, Great Milton Park. Cannot fault all the sales team there who have answered all my questions with detail and who are courteous and welcoming, look forward to progressing.
