Houses look amazing, but my daughters house is already showing signs of damp.
Too close together, expensive if looking for first time buyers..
Wild life garden looks nice though, and roads kept clean!!!

Booked a virtual appointment for an advertised property but didn’t get a call so had to call the sales office. Property is not available and told that there was no deadline for the building phase due to issues. No other options offered, really disappointed.

This builder's work efficiency is very poor. I moved in last year, and the builder said to do the back garden. It has been 9 months and has not come to do it for me.

Well designed houses in what I think will be a nicely laid out estate. It is in the country with easy access to Savernake forest and in walking distance of a superstore and the town centre.

Poor workmanship due to rushed work. Expect problems with drainage. Construction never used to be like this. These shoddily built "units" will be somebodies Home. According to chap on site on to 3rd lot of ground work contractors due to poor workmanship.
