Visit this site a lot and would love to move here but unfortunately the price of my 1996 Redrow built house keeps dropping and the new ones keep rising. The quote given from the agents on the Help to Sell scheme was so low and that was looking to sell our detached house to and buy just a mid terrace or semi. When I first started looking to buy a new redrow the price of my house was the same as the terrace but now there’s £70k difference at least and I don’t understand why there’s such a jump. I think you favour first time buyers with the schemes available but price out existing home owners. All the property sell so I don’t blame you!

I’ve been asking Redrow Customer Services for over a year now- how they are going to manage the Dangerous Hemlock growing throughout the site. They ignore written and verbal communication. I feel very frustrated being ignored and this issue not being taken seriously.

We visited with parents and it wasn’t great. An appointment with a different member of staff from another site who unfortunately through no fault of her own was not knowledgeable about the estate. Additionally, it takes an age to drive in from the main road.

There’s lots of sports facilities which look well kept.

Bought a house 3 years ago in Herne Bay very poorly built, and the finishing was shocking.

Lack of insulation around bay windows house is always cold . Certainly wasn't pressure tested and the Epc would fall significantly lower than what they market the house at.

Fowl drainage runs back towards the house and the toilets are forever blocked. As a result.

Would I recommend redrow? Absolutely not.

Mostly helpful. However we were interested in a certain style of house. We enquired about availability on that we were given prices of a couple coming up.
When we were leaving we saw another which was complete & for sale.
We went back to enquire & it was £20k cheaper.
Wondered why it wasn't pointed out to us.

The sales agent wasn’t helpful at all. All the show homes weren’t available for viewing and we were not informed about it at the time of booking the appointment.
