Excellent service. Rob replaced a large patio window that had condensation trapped in the double glazing. He knew exactly how to fix it, took care of ordering the glass unit, dismantled and reassembled the aluminium window frame with no fuss. Initially I was expecting to have to replace the whole patio door unit but the repair is great and has saved a lot of money. Rob even made sure the lock and bearings operate smoothly now. Good as new. Very happy.

Update for 26 Aug 2022. I contacted Rob yesterday morning as my tenant was unable to close his tilt and turn window. Rob fix the problem within a few hours. Tenant and I were most impressed.
23 July 2018 I phoned Rob yesterday at 1330 because my front door would not easily latch. He said he was pretty busy but would try and visit anyway. Rob arrived at 1500 and the door was fixed inside 20 minutes. No parts needed just some adjusting. Brilliant friendly service. Thanks

We had what i feared would be a costly fault on our window. Rob made an educated guess on the phone about the problem and seemed confident he could fix it no problem. Came round at the agreed time, fixed it quickly, cleanly and made a slight improvement too. We now have an nice, draft free window. Will use again should the need arise and would recommend. Nice chap too.

Turned up as arranged, replaced cracked glass, adjusted and replaced hinges and fitted new window handles and locks. Very friendly & efficient. Would definitely use them again.

Rob of RF Maintenance is a friendly helpful guy who loves his motorbikes. He made a great job of replacing 5 sealed units with energy-saving toughened glass to our Sevenoaks house and at a reasonable price (much cheaper than out local firm who's name I won't mention here). He provided free estimate and fitted them when he said he would.

When one of the units unexpectedly shattered on fitting (this apparently happens maybe one in a thousand times), no drama, he cleaned up and got a new one ordered and fitted promptly.

I think he only covers Kent and East Sussex (Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks areas) so if you live a lot further away you'll have to find someone else!

Same issues to others who have left reviews about this business. Twice assured us they would be able to repair a broken window. Ignored all further calls and texts, utter time waster, unprofessional and unresponsive. Messed around for over 2 months waiting for a quote.
