He provided professional advise on which level the surveyor report is needed for my case after a quick online review to the property. Please please please avoid this firm at all cost.
We paid for our own home buyers survey through this company, we have lost thousands on our house purchase because this surveyor thinks it ok to direct virtually all the report to other experts and take no responsibility them selves. We have been left we repiping and adding new gas central heating to our home, a log burner that was illegal and did not pass building regulation, faulty drains, a waste disposal unit that didn’t work, springy beams in an attic room, doors, windows and Fascias that need replacing and numerous other items that again they have passed the book on. We are devastated and feel that our home was incorrectly valued as a result of their incompetence. I certainly would NOT recommend these people to any one. Save your money and go elsewhere.
