We visited Riverbrook to view their showhome and made it clear we were going to be purchasing around the Sunderland/ Durham area, however this did not reduce the level of customer service whatsoever. Becca was so wonderful to deal with and explained the reservation process and what our next steps would be. The location is absolutely amazing and if we were looking to relocate further north we’d absolutely be buying here. We really enjoyed our experience with Story Homes, after visiting two sites and receiving such a high standard of customer service and hearing/seeing how much goes into their homes, it’s made the decision very easy for us for our future purchase.

I’ve been looking at new build developments for a short while now, and the houses on this development are so much better than other sites in the local area. Rebecca was very nice and showed me around the show homes as well as showing me what upgrades can be added into the home during the build process.

I visited the development and as soon as I walked through the door I felt at ease. Rebecca was friendly and welcoming and was very knowledgeable on the local area and the house types.
