Raphael (The owner) is incredibly thoughtful and attentive, having spent hours with us pre build to make sure every last detail in our plan was measured and accounted for.

Adrian (builder) was an absolute marvel. The speed, execution and precision of his work is a site to behold. More than that, him and Nathan (site manager) ensured that the site was also clean and tidy after a day's work. Absolutely brilliant!

Our job was completed 100% to our satisfaction and we could not be happier. Yes - the team is incredibly skilled and professional, but more than that - they're just a pleasure to have around the house (warm, friendly, up for a laugh).

As i work with contractors for a large firm i was particularly careful who i chose for my own home renovations. Kitchens and bathrooms can be the most difficult works to contract as a builder will only really want to turn up and have all the furniture there ready to fit which is to be frank ridiculous to ask a customer to arrange, especially without trade discount or knowing the timing of works.

BUT with RJS they took charge of everything for me! From helping me choose the right products, getting me trade discount on the furnishing and materials, arranging the deliveries with the suppliers to be in line with the work schedule, making sure the electrician and the builders work well with each other, and throughly snagging the project at every step.

The final works were amazing and was even under budget.
I would recommend RJS in an instant.

Where to start, RJS have been my savoirs!! My previous builders were complete cowboys, they hadn't carried out the works to spec, were arguing about costs even though I had a contract and the work was substandard but luckily for me a colleague told me about RJS, what work they had done for them and how amazing they are and thankfully I listened to my colleague.

Raphael is not only extremely knowledgeable and works to high finished standards but he will do everything in his power to make sure he can get the best quality and best price whatever your budget. He is punctual, has a great eye for detail, good communication and he wants his clients to be happy.

My house has been completely gutted but I have since had three beams put in, an extension, a garage converted to a living room, new sloping roof with velux windows, new brickwork, all new windows, boiler, radiators and an entire re-wired home.

I am saving again for further works to be done on the house but as soon as I have enough, I know who I will be calling and it won't be Ghostbusters.

Con Man! Stay away from this liar! He has no expertise in anything but he talks so much and makes up stories just to get you hooked, after which he tries to exploit you. Do not trust a word that comes out of this individual’s mouth! And never believe his fabricated previous work experience with McLaren or Formula1, or whatever dazzling story, they are all lies. He used to fix printers just a while ago and now he poses as an experienced trader to rip off people! Do yourselves a favour and hire honest, reliable and trustworthy traders, this guy is a fake!

Raf came out to fit a lock to my bedroom door following a break in to my shared house. He came out of hours and stayed very late as it wasn’t a simple job. He was very friendly and very reasonably priced. Thank you Raf.
