We had our kitchen floor replaced after a leaking dishwasher caused major issues with our floor.

Ryan helped us with detailed quotes for the insurance company, clear and fair pricing and good advice during the quoting stage.
Once we agreed to the quote, Ryan was able to get his very capable team in to start the work really quickly.

This was a big job that required all of the kitchen units to be removed, existing ceramic tiles to be lifted, boarding to be replaced and new flooring to be laid.

We did hit on some issues during the process but the team from RLH were able to advise on the best work-arounds and the associated costs to enable us to make informed decisions.

We chose to have the new floor laid in a herringbone pattern, which is a lot more work, but the team laying the floor were focused on detail and it looks brilliant.
It's clear that ensuring a top-quality finish is important to the RLH team, who even adjusted the gaps on the kitchen doors once the united we refitted.

The work was completed ahead of schedule, the level of communication throughout was great and we would not hesitate to recommend RLH Construction to anyone.

We've already arranged for Ryan to come and quote for the next job.

What started as a gaurage needing to be removed due to asbestos, and replaced by a man built gauage, RLH Construction renovated the whole house.

Never was it a problem, when we asked for extra work to done e.g.
