Avoid him in anyway shape or form!

I have appointed Ras Limbachia (Road & Sewer Consulting Limited) as a drainage engineer to advise on a direct sewer connection for our project.

During the early stages of the project, Ras showed a reasonable level of communication and advice to help guide the project and complete it within the agreed time frame. We have agreed to the price and set a clear course of action to complete with 5 items.

At one stage, Ras requested consent to deal with the communications with LCC highway and to complete payments ... one of the items that needed to be paid was the fees for the LCC highway. We have trusted RAS (A huge mistake) and paid him directly the amount of £500 (this is to initiate the process, so we can start the work). After a couple of weeks and before starting the project, we were surprised to find out from Ras, that the payment of £500 was not made, and he claimed that the money was paid by accident SOMEWHERE ELSE?
He requested the £500 again to be paid to him directly ... at that stage, we knew something is wrong and we decided to pay the LCC highway directly.

At that stage, we asked for the money to be paid back promptly, but Ras said he is going through some difficulties and requested more time to refund us the money. We accepted in good faith.
After three months we have not received our money back, despite constant reminders on multiple occasions, but unfortunately nothing.

Recently Ras claimed he has not got our bank details, so we resend it, again he claimed it is not accurate, so we send him an official bank request/invoice to refund but again nothing was sent. He recently mentioned he will pay us weekly in the amount of £100 because this is what he wants? Although we explained we are not his bank, we accepted, but again nothing? We have chased and the last text message we received said and I quote "I will pay when I'm ready to pay!"
Just wow!!! we have threatened to report him and his response was: "Report me who you want to. It will make no difference."

In a conclusion, we are sure we will not see our money back, but we want to use this platform to warn people to avoid using him, not only what he did was unethical, unprofessional, stressful but it is an act of Fraud. We will now officially Report him and his company. We will advise all parties including STW of his behaviour and hope his licence maybe can be revoked.

P.S we have got all evidence in emails and text messages and will be presented during the reporting process

Great great service! Called Ras at 3:30pm on the day within the next hour a fully qualified/professional engineer came to the door and fixed the issue within 20 mins. Communication is key with this company and ensure that the customer understand what the issue was how it was caused and most of all SO AFFORDABLE! Will definitely use these guys again!
