This is the second time we have used an independent estate agent to assist in selling a property and we much prefer dealing with just one person and the more personal approach. Robert has been professional, helpful and pleasant through the whole selling process. This time I was selling an empty property that is 4 hours away from my home. Robert really helped by popping in to check on the property for us and dealing with all the transactions on completion date so we did not need to be present. I have no reservations in recommending Robert to others looking for a reliable estate agent.
