I loaded with them yesterday and they were normal staff. The loaders were helpful and polite. there should be many such companies, the driver prefers to go to such companies where they are not looked down upon.

Great quality shed at a decent price. Excellent service in Erecting from Donny and boys at Lochcarron steelwork. My suggestion would be that there were a few things I forgot in the detail, ie a bottom flashing for concreting against. I am not laying any blame at Robinsons, but it may be a good idea when ordering, for the design team to look at it it, and suggest that you may need this or that, treat us like novices, as we are now waiting weeks for the flashings and can't complete !!

DISASTER of a company!
Wrong foundations laid, massive delays, no communication, threatening letters when you dont pay up for their mistakes! It took them a year to finish my shed and I'm still left with a 2 foot gap for the rain to blow in...

They built me a shed that was 5ft too short in length and was 2ft higher than I had asked for. I then had to pay for the additional steel used for the unecessary extra height that meant the new shed wouldnt fit into our surrounding sheds!!!

They then expected me to pay more on top for fixing the 5ft shortage gap which was their mistake in the first place.

Cowboys.

If your guy coming out to measure up is called Mark...then run for the hills!

I have not used them for anything, my review is about the staff they send out to do there jobs, they have been staying in my area for over 3 weeks now and have had no respect for the residents, I caught one of them sitting on my window ledge with there work van running at the same time having a conversation with his fellow staff members whilst my daughter was getting ready for school, that was before 7 o'clock in the morning, every morning before or around 5:30am they sit with the van running, this morning I had enough and went out and said to them about what's happening and that the other neighbours don't like what's happening either, the drivers answer was for me to stop being wide and he wasn't very pleasent when saying it, as an an actual resident to a place where they are staying in a B&B you would think they would be more respectful.
