We hired Roland Wade for a Level 3 building survey on two houses we were looking to buy in Chiswick, and we're really impressed with his work.

I am a repeat customer. Roland is extremely professional.
Both the survey reports were very detailed, and nothing got overlooked. At the same time, the reports were also easy for a layman to understand. Roland provided me with a sense of the seriousness and urgency of the various issues identified, together with suggestions on how they could be dealt with. The reports were also delivered on time! All-in-all, excellent value for money, and I have no hesitation in recommending Roland to anyone wishing to have a survey done.

Roland was my second, more careful pair of eyes on the property. I made a split decision to buy it but Roland went over the place with a fine tooth comb and has identified every possible issue so I feel safe in the knowledge that I am buying a good home without significant flaws but also am aware of the maintenance issues. Thanks to him, the seller has already started remediating the minor flaws and I am looking forward to completing the purchase as soon as possible. Fantastic and thorough surveyor!!

Roland Wade & Co is one of the best surveyors we have met. We met Roland through recommendation and we appointed him for our house survey. He replied to our emails and concerns diligently, was exceedingly polite and professional. He was able to accommodate our request under short notice, and was extremely efficient in compiling a list of notes to report to us. He gave us a comprehensive phone call shortly after his visit, allowing us to know some of the vital issues.
Often times survey reports are filled with copy and paste and standard descriptions, but Roland's report demonstrates his attention to detail and is bespoke to our home survey. It is also one of the most complete reports we have seen.
After sending us the survey report, Roland did not simply disappear, but thoroughly addressed our concerns and questions regarding some of the issues of the house. He even went the extra mile to recommend some specialists, which are equally good as Roland's service.
