We have recently Purchased a plot of land and wanted to make some amendments to the original plans, from initially reviewing the plans with Dan, through to designs and submittal of the application nothing has been to much trouble and the level of service from the whole team has been professional and first class.
The planning process can be stressful and frustrating but knowing we only had to pick up the phone or send an email was very reassuring.

I have used Ross Davy Associates in Grimsby several times and found them both helpful and professional. My latest scheme was drawn by Matt Deakin on 24th November, submitted and validated the same day by the planning authority, never had an application validated so quickly. Survey conducted on 21st March with promise of report in 2-3 weeks.
It's now nearing 6 weeks with no sign of a report despite frequent requests.

If using Ross Davy.. do your due diligence..proceed with caution.

Poor service. Viewed the property but the subsequent plans were incorrect. Didn't manage expectations or ask for extra investigation to ensure the plans would actually work. This resulted in significant extra costs to us. He committed to refund the cost of their service due to the problems, but then decided to change his mind. Awful service, never use.
