First of all we would like to say a massive Thank You to entire Roxborough Residential Team for building this beautiful House for us.
At the begging of our search for a new house we didn’t consider a ‘New Build’ as our main target but once we saw the house at Bachelors Lane and then the showhouse we have changed our minds. Not to mention Julie has absolutely blown away any doubts, so that was a final indication that we would like to purchase this particular house from Roxborough Residential.
Julie provided Us with all the information we were asking about, she was very patient and throughout the entire process we were in contact and believe me, we were not the easiest customer to deal with to say the least. We are extremely grateful we had such a fantastic Person to deal with while buying our first house.
Our House reflects what we have seen in the showhouse and what we have been told about upgrades, everything was explained to us very clearly and openly.

Regarding upgrades – there was a lot to pick from, so we were able to create our Home the way we had imagined to.
We were absolutely blow away whenever we entered the House on completion day. Everything was done with high standard and excellent attention to detail.
At the end we would like to very highly recommend Roxborough as a developer for all of the future home buyers.

Our excitement for moving into our first home quickly turned into a nightmare. Roxborough knowingly sold us a property with significant planning issues. Despite promising to rectify the situation, we've been left to deal with enforcement letters from the planning authority. Our gardens are unsafe and pose a serious health risk, yet Roxborough has been completely unresponsive. No apologies, no solutions, and no sense of urgency. This ordeal has caused immense stress and financial burden, as we're unable to sell our homes. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Their lack of transparency, accountability, and customer care is absolutely appalling.

Great houses, awful to deal with after purchasing to resolve issues. No accountability or willingness to solve snags - seems to be a theme with other buyers.

Waiting 6+ months for them to resolve tiles falling off walls and a leaky roof. Have had to ask my solicitor to help, as the owners don’t want to know.
