Richard listened carefully to our brief, guided us through the whole process and delivered a couple outstanding designs for us to choose and pick elements from. He made the process very easy, enjoyable and exciting, and we couldn't be happier with the final output. He was always happy to give us his professional advice and very quick to respond. Although he did not have capacity for gathering tenders and contract admin, it wasn't something we actually needed in the end, saving us from unnecessary costs. On reflection perhaps we didn't need the last specification stage either as our building firm was fantastic. Overall, we would not hesitate to recommend.

We recently built an extension on our house with the help of Richard and Alice at RPA. I met with a few different architects at the start of the project because our brief was a little complicated and I wanted to make sure I found the right company. After my first meeting with Richard I felt immediately confident that he would provide the type of support and understanding that I needed. He was professional and really listened to what I was saying. The process was very smooth and both Richard and Alice were extremely helpful, patient and understanding. We have had an annexe built on the front of our property.

We were given excellent advice and the brief was fulfilled. The annexe was joined to the existing property in a very clever and imaginative way.

The occupants of the annexe are delighted with the layout, and in particular the way storage was incorporated into the design.

The builder was amazed and delighted at the amount of detail provided in the plans. Many visitors to our home after the annexe was completed have asked the name of the architect.

The overall look of our property has been very much enhanced by RPA Architect's excellent plans.

We were recommended RPA by a friend so contacted them regarding a major renovation of a period family house plus two ground floor extensions. We had a complicated layout and various levels on ground floor so we knew we needed experienced and innovative architects who wouldn't shy away from our challenging build. We met three firms and RPA immediately made an excellent impression by listening to our ideas and also coming up with some fabulous innovations we'd not thought of that made they whole layout flow better and yet still provided all the complicated room requirements we had been quite particular about. So impressed with Alice who held our hand all the way through the nerve-wracking planning application and was a constant source of wisdom, no question from me was too much bother (and there were alot) for her as we tweaked the changes to get our perfect house design.
