Amazing service - used Ravi as our structural engineer who had excellent communication from start to finish. Really valuable report, very grateful for his knowledge and expertise. Ravi dealt with urgent issues quickly and truly went above and beyond. The team at the office have also been great - responsive and deal with any questions efficiently. Incredible service. Adhered to all my requests and tough demands at times based on time scales that I was up against with my builders. I’ve worked with several structural engineers in the past, but Ravi is by far and above the most helpful I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is very quick to respond over the phone and/or by email to any questions we have about the project. He’s always willing to give various options, so we can choose what works best for the us as a contractor and our client, before proceeding with the actual design.
If I could give 10 stars to this company, I would!!

RSA Design were absolutely brilliant, would highly recommend. The Director Ravi in particular provided great customer service, support and advice throughout the structural/design period for the rennovation of my new home. I employed RSA for structural Engineering design work as I wanted to make alterations on my home I just purchased to provide more space and not only did they come up with excellent structural solutions, they also provided some great architectural/design advice free of charge based on current market knowledge and experience . They walked me through the whole process and explained everything step by step which was very useful to someone who is not well informed about the structural design process.
