After extensive research and recommendations by others, we decided to ask RST Midlands to replace our four bedroom detached house with a full roof with new tiles and materials.
Day 1 the scaffolding went up,
the materials and skip arrived on
day 2, the team of four then started stripping back the old roof.
RST started at 8am every day and didn't stop grafting through the minus 3 and windy temperatures.
At the end of every day they swept the driveway and checked for any nails.
They conducted themselves in a very friendly and professional manner, no loud radio's no screaming shouting or swearing.
Treated my neighbours property with respect and ensured no unnecessary obstruction was caused by their vehicles.
One week later and a lovely new roof is on display.
No up front deposit, no request for cash payment, just a bank transfer when the job was completed.
I would fully recommend this company to do your roof.

Scott and the team have recently replaced an old straw based flat roof for us at Warton club. The roof was extremely worn out and a difficult job to do but RST did an outstanding job and the roof is now 100% new. RST quoted a competitive price and and completed the job with no extra costs and a 15 year guarantee. We would highly recommend them and are looking forward to them doing some more work for us in the near future. Excellent service.

On Sunday discovered a cracked tile on our roof. Water coming in. Phoned RST Monday morning. They came out Monday afternoon. Said they had a tile they'd come back Tuesday to fit it. Tuesday afternoon came back and replaced cracked tile. What Service, such friendly people.

Scott and Todd oversaw every aspect of the project from providing guidance with the design and construction of my single storey extension. The quality of their work was outstanding, keeping everything clean and tidy throughout the build. Additionally they completed some smaller groundwork around the property a few weeks after the build was finished. Highly recommended.

RST have gone Above & Beyond to get our kitchen extension finished on time and to a high standard , they actually finished it earlier than expected .The skylight and bifold doors look amazing and exactly what we asked for. They are a professional and amazing team, friendly and down to earth and a great work work ethic. I would highly recommend RST.

Scott came to view the roof issue and realised the safet issue with the lantern and unlike others who only warned me of safety issue (I have a 4yr old using the conservatory regularly) realising this Scott went on to fix the issue temporarily for me to make it safe. I have asked Scott to give me a quote and will go ahead hopefully. Thanks Scott.
