I required a design and a set of drawings for a single storey extension as part of a renovation scheme for residential dwelling. Enquires were made with Mr Tutill who was incredibly helpful and clearly very knowledgeable.

We arranged a site meeting where we were able to openly discuss various options in terms of design. Mr Tutill spent an extended period of time on site and very quickly provided various design options following his visit. Communication was very clear and detailed.

Following the initial instruction, he also assisted me with the production of working drawings, obtaining engineering details as well as helping with the necessary building regulations approval. Mr Tutill was in constant contact with my contractor and they worked very closely to deliver the final outcome.

I have no hesitation in recommending RT Architects and will definitely engage their services on my next project!!!
