As a first-time homeowner, undertaking a full renovation was a big task. With the property's age and traditional character, everything needed attention - from a complete rewire to updated plumbing and central heating, as well as ensuring all surfaces were level. From the outset, it was clear that finding a highly skilled, reliable and meticulous builder was essential, and that’s exactly what I found in Ryan. If anything, he exceeded all of my expectations!

Ryan's expertise is truly incredible, and his attention to detail is second to none - some might even say ocd, but that’s exactly why he’s the best at what he does! He approaches every project with the same care and dedication as if it were his own home, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship. He never compromises on quality, taking the time to get every detail right.

Throughout the process, Ryan has been approachable, knowledgeable, and proactive in offering solutions. His commitment to excellence and his ability to manage a complex project with professionalism and precision have been invaluable. I can honestly say I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my home, and when the time comes for my extension, there’s no doubt in my mind that Ryan is the only person I’d want for the job.

We were lucky enough to secure Ryan Toon as the builder who we felt was the right fit for us and our project. Right from the first meeting, through to his informed ideas and very approachable nature we felt incredibly comfortable around him, something which we felt was important as he went through this journey with us.
It has to be said that Ryan has the finest attention to detail that I have ever seen. He builds as if it were his own house which means his finish is sublime. I cannot count the amount of people that have stopped in the street to comment on his workmanship. (It is honestly ‘second to none’).
I come home after work everyday and know that the hard work I put in to my day job is earning money that is being spent in absolutely the right way with Ryan.
Ryan has made the house we bought into a home we love.
We will never be able to thank him enough for that.
