My daughter Choose this builder to rectify her concrete panel
House of non standard construction , I agreed to fund the £40,000 repairs hoping she had at least chosen someone (out of 3 or 4 she seemed quotes from) capable of delivering half decent job. Despite being very cautious myself I needn’t have worried as I turned up to see work in progress and it quickly became apparent Steve knows what he is doing and does it well. Despite having to travel quite a distance he was able to stick to his schedule. The finished build was very good and he returned to fix a small issue with the drains without any argument, even 6 years after the build he was on hand and helpful in terms of Offering help to get it sold when we had issues with our buyer getting a mortgage . So overall I don’t think my daughter could have chosen anyone better to complete this full brick skin rebuild to replace the prefabricated concrete panels. I wouldn’t hesitate to have him involved in another build / rebuild of mine .

Steve's construction company did an amazing rebuild of my airey house. From start to finish Steve kept us informed of what was going on, kept disruption to a minimum and his builder Clive was an absolute gentleman always at the end of the phone when needed. They worked through some awful weather, always cleared up afterwards and Steve has made sure everything is good since finishing the job earlier this summer when extreme wind recently caused some damage. The thermal upgrade has hopefully cut winter fuel bills as house much warmer already with all the insulation and new windows and doors. Highly recommended.

Steve and his team repaired our Hawksley House. We researched a number of companies and we are very pleased that we chose Steve. From our initial contact Steve always responded to queries quickly. He met with us several times to talk us through the process so we felt reassured and confident in the project. Throughout the 3 month repair Steve and his team worked efficiently, were always polite and professional. Where we were unsure of decisions of things Steve took the time to discuss things through. They were always obliging to do extra 'jobs' for us. They completed work to the agreed timescales and we are very pleased with our 'new' house. The finished build is exactly what we had envisioned - we would highly recommend SC Construction and Build Ltd.

We were looking for someone to transform our Unity type 2 house and knew from the first phonecall that Steve was the man for the job. Steve made the effort to come and visit us and talk us through the whole process. Work started 4 weeks later and Steve and his team were polite and hard working throughout. We stayed in our Summerhouse, and Steve and team had the house, with us moving back in at weekends, it all worked very well. The build was completed within the time frame given, and given the problems with supply and delivery at the time, due to covid and other issues, Steve sorted everything out calmly and efficiently. We were delighted when Steve returned to help us with the extension too. We had no problems at all and are exceptionally happy with the whole process. We would fully recommend Steve, especially as there are so few companies who do this type of repair.

We had previously been let down by a builder that was going to take on the repair of our urban airey House, so we took to google and a couple of companies came to quote, after speaking to Steve for 5 minutes I knew he was probably the best man for the job.
Now the external of the house is complete, it has totally transformed the house, the brick work looks very smart and uniformed.
Steve was always happy to take the time and show me how the house was being repaired and discussed daily how the work was coming on and what the next stage would be.
All in all a great experience working with Steve we would highly recommend him to anybody thinking of having this repair work done.

A massive thankyou to Steve and his team for repairing our PRC Waites build house. Couldn't have asked for anything better, he kept us up to date with everything going on, informed us on what the next stages would be. I was really pleased with the builder we had found. "SC construction and build." Steve had returned my call quickly, and answered any questions with the knowledge expected. Once we had decided to go ahead with this project, we let Steve know, he pencilled us in with a predicted start of March - Feb 2022. Once we had had the go ahead. Everything moved very quick. We were informed stage by stage, what was happening next. even though we had three very nasty storms and some heavy rain. The work ploughed on. now mid April the work has now finished. we couldn't be happier. Every time someone mentions the build, and how good it looks, we cant stop smiling. All comments have praised the builder, and the finish. With his attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Steve's Company.

I can not express enough how grateful I am to Steve and all his team.
I had my wates home rebuilt and brought up to current regs and what a massive difference it has made.
I chose to stay living in my property whilst the works were carried out. Nothing was too much bother for Steve and the team, each day the site was left packed away and tidy. The work ethics of steves company was of the highest standard and boy do these guys work ! It has been a pleasure getting to know such hard working, proffrssional people and I am so impressed with the result. My home looks amazing.
Thank you Steve and all the guys.
The only downside to my home being finished is we as a family actually miss all the guys and the laughs we had along the way.
