Peter went above and beyond on our recent loft conversion and we cannot recommend his company highly enough. He was great from the start and very accommodating, he arrange meetings and phone calls at times that were convenient for us. He managed to get us through a very tricky planning application and helped find the company who completed the project.

He also helped us secure other contractors and spent a lot of time contacting several companies getting us the best price on the work. Nothing was too much trouble for him even with us changing our mind on things at the last minute.

He was a constant support through the whole project and visited the site regularly to check on progress. The finished result is amazing and has created a lovely new space for our family home, we would definitely use him again on future projects.

We got to know Peter Lindley-Hughes of S11 Architecture Ltd when he was involved in work at our neighbour’s semi-detached house. Throughout the process, he kept us informed of the stages and the implications for our own house. This involved discussing possible shared endeavours with roofing, chimney removal or reparation; combined guttering; and how both neighbours could proceed with a shared house wall to our mutual satisfaction. He was an excellent liaison between ourselves and our neighbours, and with the wider workforce, keeping everyone fully informed at each stage and on friendly terms. He also provided us with a very thorough architectural plan and realistic costing for alterations to our own property, for consideration in the future. He was a mine of information on best practices and options, helping us to decide on the right way forward together. He was always immediately contactable and responsive, and we found him a pleasure to work with.

Pete Has been great he helped us negotiate the planning application hoops for our bay window rebuild. This included negotiation with the planning office related to being in a conservation area and the planners wanting us to not put the stained glass back in. He was a great help both during this process and also providing a font of technical knowledge facilitating the builders to achieve a high quality finish. This included site visits and meetings with the builder to get it just right down to the final detail.

When the builder was unable to finish the project due to personal issues, Pete came to the rescue and was able to put us in contact with the right people to get the job finished and it looks great now.

I would highly recommend Pete for your architectural needs and we will use him again for any future work.
