I’ve waited a few months before creating this review. I didn’t want to put anything in writing out of anger, or as a knee jerk reaction. Having now collected my thoughts, after very difficult dealings with Samuel Kendall Associates, I would like to warn current, or potential future clients of this company to be careful. Make sure to keep track of any drawings they send you, and to be very specific to ask for them in the format you require. Please have them agree (in writing) to your requests before paying any invoices.

Emails from Samuel Kendall Associates may take weeks to arrive and be arduous to read (lots of cut and pasting, in different fonts, from various documents using esoteric language) but it will be worth your while to wait and plough through it. If you can find another company to work with, I advise you do so.

The atmosphere when working on (what was supposed to be) a pleasurable project became quite controlling and sinister and it left me feeling disenfranchised and shaken. Please be careful.
