Excellent service throughout, from the initial site visit by the Installation Director, Patrick, through to the completed installation of the system by the engineer, Andy. Whilst no doubt a relatively small project for Sapphire, the service received in no way reflected this; all questions answered, and explanations provided where asked for, resulting in something that we purchased, rather than were sold. All in all, would thoroughly recommend Sapphire for level of service, attention to customer satisfaction and value for money.
