Sarsen Designs had designed my neighbours side extension. I was very impressed with their plans.
I contacted Sarsen Designs to discuss the possibility of adding a side extension to my house. I met with
Henrietta and Charles two days after contacting them. They came to my house. We discussed and shared ideas. They measured and a week later I had my design plans. Henrietta discussed some other design concepts with me. She also added a light tunnel. Their designs are very professional, pelrecise and modern. They put in the planning application for me. I was kept up-to-date with my application. I received full planning for the extension. My builder was very impressed with the designs. Now 4 months later, the 2 storey extension has been added. I am over the moon with my extension and I would not have been able to do this without Sarsen Designs.
I highly recommend Sarsen Designs.

We needed some advice and some drawings for our garage conversion. Henrietta took the time to listen to our wishes, made some measurements on the spot, and provided us with several quality options very rapidly, making our plans instantly more real. Even if in the end our project did not go ahead (for now), our interaction with Sarsen designs greatly help us mature our decision. Henrietta has been fantastic from start to finish with our project. She was always quick to respond to emails and phone calls and provided a reassuring and supportive service, always taking the time to discuss options and explain the process with us. She sought additional opinions from structural engineers to building control. Cannot fault their service and would use again without hesitation!

Henrietta was extremely helpful throughout the process of designing our kitchen extension. The drawings were great and really made use of the space we had available to link it with the exterior of the original house.
Also, very helpful when dealing with the planning application process, hardly had to worry and was kept up to date with developments.

We needed help to redesign the layout of our downstairs space and approached Henrietta. She was very skilled at listening to what was important to us and in questioning us about things we may not have considered. This resulted in her providing five different schemes for us to consider as a starting point. She is knowledgeable about planning matters and building control. Her drawings are first class. She worked to promised timescales, was prompt and responsive. Most importantly though, she is cheerful, friendly and has lots of ideas. It was a pleasure to work with her. Thank you Henrietta ?

I highly recommend Sarsen Designs following their recent help with initial plans and building regulation drawings for our kitchen extension as well as the permitted development application. Despite the fact that my father and brother were architects the thought of hiring one was kind of scary, maybe a bit too grown up somehow! However, Henrietta came, measured, advised, discussed and then sent drawings that I have had framed because they look so good! The project has been completed, she managed to get the planning through incredibly quickly as well. We love the new building and all her hard work was really good value. I would highly recommend.
