We engaged them (Howard) back in 2013 to renovate 14 sash windows in a Victorian house in Norwich. The work was done to a high standard and it was a pleasure to have Howard around for the duration. He worked efficiently and left no mess.
Since then the windows have remained well sealed and have continued to operate effectively.
Recently (11 years later) we were having some general renovation work done and found that we needed to replace the draughtproofing strip that Howard had installed on one window. We contacted him and, from a photo, he was able to identify the product required and supply it the same day.

It turned out to be a very complex and expensive job to do a full fix, but he was able to get it working again and didn't even charge us for his time. It was a pleasure to have him working on the sash windows for two weeks within our family home, and I can’t sing the transformation of our windows from his workmanship highly enough.
