We had a level 3 building survey done on a very old, timber-framed house. We reached out to a number of surveyors beforehand and, after speaking to Gary on the phone, we were convinced that he was the best choice. The report he sent to us was detailed and yet clear, and he was fantastic in answering our (many) follow-up questions. We personally have learnt a lot from talking to Gary and we couldn't recommend him highly enough! 10/10

Excellent service . I can't praise Gary enough. We had a chat before the survey was done and he listened to all my worries about the home I was purchasing. The survey report was clear and concise. I called Gary to discuss a couple of comments he had made in the report and we talked for a good half hour with him going over the findings in great detail which put my mind at rest. I would definitely use Gary again and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a surveyor.

I absolutely unreservedly trust wholeheartedly Gary's work knowledge expertise and service. What more can I say.

As a first time buyer, I asked Gary to conduct a building survey. He was responsive, friendly and knowledgable from the off.

The survey was conducted on the date agreed and he sent a comprehensive report along with photos a couple of days later. I called him regarding the findings and he explained everything I needed clarifying.

Great, thorough, professional and efficient service from a small, personable firm and great value to boot. Highly recommended.

Conducted a full structural survey for me before buying a house - all went to plan, detailed report, and they were very happy to discuss findings at length. Then, a few years later, I emailed to ask about wall render on the same house, and they replied within 24 hours with helpful information - they had my details to hand and indeed remember visiting to conduct the survey. Very good service!
