Initial contact was easy, I filled in the online form and a couple of days later Darren rang me to discuss my requirements. He agreed to come round and view the work and give me a quote. Two days the following week were agreed with the understanding that he'd phone on the day to confirm a time. The second day passed with no contact. I phoned him, he'd forgotten.
I said I'd phone him the next day to reschedule. I've phoned him twice on his mobile and got no answer both times.
Very disappointing.........

Update

After several weeks had passed I got a phone call from SCS Toby asking when a good time was for him to come round and assess the job. He turned up as arranged, had a look and quoted. The quote was very reasonable so he carried out the work and did a good job.
So a one star rating becomes a four star rating....
