Having employed Seb previously to complete a bathroom in our old house, when it came to finding a builder to complete our extension, it was a no brainer for us. Knowing he is an absolute perfectionist, great communicator and tidy worker - there was no one else that we would trust with our money. Seb is not your 'typical' builder - he is on time, reliable and passionate about getting things right. He also keeps the site clean and tidy and was always respectful.
Seb built us a beautiful extension and decking area, which has transformed our property - even now, a year later, I still pinch myself with how lovely our end result is.
I cannot recommend Seb enough - if he is available, book him quick because he is in demand for good reason 🙂

Still can't believe how lucky we were finding Seb on the internet! His reviews are exactly as we found him.
On meeting him he was friendly, communicated well and got back to us with a fair price.
During the build he was reliable, hard working and paid attention to detail, creating the rooms we dreamed of in a timely manner. We get lots of positive comments on the end result!
Builders of this standard appear to be hard to find. We would definitely recommend Seb to others (we have already done so) and should we ever need to do any building work in the future we would use him again for sure! Even if we have to wait!

We approached Seb to build an extension in 2019. This was following a recommendation from another local family that had also used him and were happy with the service they received. Seb provides everything you want from a builder. He answered calls and emails and if he wasn’t able to respond immediately he would return calls within the hour. He started the job on exactly the day he stated he would, completed when he said he would and most importantly built a high quality extension. He did all the engagement with building control during the project so we have had no issues there. The job was delivered for a fair price and was completed to the specification we expected. I would happily recommend Seb and via him would be prepared to chat to someone considering using his services.

Attention to detail!!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but felt that I should after the amazing job Seb Morgan did on our garage conversion.
From the beginning, having had a few quotes from other builders, I felt that Seb Morgan was by far the most knowledgeable about how to convert our integral garage into a 4th bedroom. Not only this, he also gave a very competitive quote.
During the build, one thing that stood out the most for me about Seb was his attention to detail, everything had to be perfect for him, the level of the floor to make sure there was no step up into the bedroom to the colour matching of the render to the rest of the house. Everything he did was just perfect.
This meant that we could just leave him to do his job, he made very little mess and what mess he did make he cleaned up and took away with him.
His communication was great, he would regularly contact us to let us know about anything of interest during the build, always contactable via email and mobile should we of needed to talk to him. Also, he did all the liaising with “Building regs” so that part was easily managed.
He finished the conversion to a very high standard and most importantly, he finished the job when he said he would (Baby was due a few weeks later)!
We would fully recommend Seb Morgan to anyone wishing for building work/conversion carried out to the highest of standards.
