Sekhon group are very worse housing agent you can ever imagine, especially their manager simmy which is very proud and rude, I rented an apartment with them for more than 12month and i make sure i keep their house clean and tidy when i came in it was Hanna that was their manager no chairs in the apartment disturbed Hanna for it then she did not care to answer at the long run had to get chairs myself only for me to leave the house now and Simmy is asking for evidence of where there is no chair in my apartment because they will never rent an apartment without chair told him to get in contact with Hanna as he said she has been sacked and ask her instead he blocked me and they only return £120 out of £650 claiming they use my money to clean and repaint the house without any issues with the apartment and also for their missing chair which there was never any chair in the apartment.They do not care about their tenant. Very worst agent

Sekhon group are the worstest housing agent have ever seen, especially their manager simmy which is very proud and rude, I rented an apartment with them for more than 15month and i make sure i keep their house clean and tidy even if the house is too cold and full of mould, and they only return £190 out of £650 claiming they use my money to clean and repaint the house without any issues with the apartment. That's how they did for everyone in the apartment. Very worst agent

The Worst Place to Work – Avoid at All Costs

Working at The Sekhon Group was one of the most stressful and demoralizing experiences of my career. The leadership is unprofessional, dismissive, and creates an extremely toxic work environment.
1. Hostile Management – The director is extremely difficult to work with, often responding to concerns with aggression rather than constructive feedback. Communication is harsh, unpredictable, and unprofessional.
2. High-Stress, No Support – Employees are given little to no training, yet are expected to meet unrealistic expectations. Mistakes—often caused by a lack of guidance—are met with severe criticism rather than coaching.
3. Unprofessional Behavior – Workplace interactions frequently involved public confrontations, yelling, and dismissive treatment of employees. Discussions were often tense and uncomfortable.
4. Toxic Culture of Fear – Employees regularly felt undervalued and disrespected, leading to high turnover and a culture of fear rather than teamwork.
5. Inappropriate and Erratic Conduct – Leadership made unsettling remarks and engaged in behavior that felt unprofessional and, at times, intimidating.

I strongly advise against working here. If you value professionalism, respect, and a positive work environment, this is not the place for you.

(P.S. the positive reviews are from people they know, trust me i worked here and recognise a lot of these names on here, it’s ridiculous and they know it)

This are the worst people ever since I have been getting apartment in the uk….. this people are dubious are very bad communication skills when it comes to customer service and they are very cunning I regret ever getting an apartment from this people and I will never or advice anyone from getting an apartment from them. After having an agreement of getting my refund after 10day I did not get my deposit and even after 23 days they were still pushing me around and I still haven’t gotten my deposit as it is now 28 days and I still have to wait extra days because it was not approved by them to get my money even after they confirmed the apartment was well maintained and has no issues.

Myself and my partner have recently stayed in one of the properties managed by this business. The current apartment which we was staying in was affordable and spacious for the both of us as where the rest of the flats which where shown to us in the building.

If they was an issue or a problem Hanna (the property manager) would instantly reassure us and fix any maintenance issues. I thought that her communication to myself and the rest of the tenant's was excellent, either personal text or through the group chat. It's what you want as a tenant!!

I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a property management company. They are professional, efficient, and provide excellent customer service.

Whenever I have had a maintenance issue, Hanna has responded promptly and the issue has been resolved quickly. I am very impressed with her communication. She keep me updated on all repairs and maintenance issues, and she always answer my questions promptly.

Overall, I am very happy with the service I have received from Hanna. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property manager
