At the time I went there it was really quite, no people at all. Loads of parking outside. Plenty of staff members if you require any help. Also have used their sheet cutting service. Up to 3 cuts is free in Selco. I think a lot people don't know about it. Really useful, specially if you have smaller vehicle and want to get 8x4 ply wood or MDF in.

I couldn’t stop my self without leaving a review!!
I received an order this morning and 3 items was damaged, called the branch in West Thurrock straight away and gentleman answered the call at 09:57am, he did give me he’s name but I didn’t record it as I thought I’m not going to need it, he said that he will send 3 new ones out and collect the damaged ones today, stayed in all day home waiting for delivery and nobody came.
At 16:20 rung the branch again, Veronica answered the phone, if I got her name right, (Romanian girl)I know her she works behind the till, she was trying to be helpful but she couldn’t see if the order was out or not, she said the operation manager isn’t here so we can’t see if the order is out or not, and to check if any driver is coming this way!!!
Then Verronica couldn’t find the collection paper work on the system,,, So seems like the gentleman in the morning couldn’t be bothered to do it but she did create one for tomorrow!!!
Wasted my all day today waiting and tomorrow I have to be on my toes if they’re coming!!
Very disappointed!!!
