Selcom did an awesome job renovating my kitchen and installing new flooring throughout the downstairs of our house. I received first-class service from the initial consultation to the finished job from Simon and team. You will regret using them. terrible company.
Once they have your money they don’t care.
Building control say they are the worst loft Company around. Simon you're funny, do you want me to post my address up on Google reviews you're not too smart are you. It's funny how you pretend that you don't know who I am, you are the worst loft company ever, you never return to the jobs ,I've seen you running away from so many houses that you worked on, it's embarrassing for your staff. as for your Plasterer Milford absolutely shocking work. Do you want me to carry on Simon.

This business has no respect for local residents or building regulations.
They have been using power tools since long before 8am this morning as they often do, and used them all through the last bank holiday Monday.
Disruptive and shows contempt for the local community.

Edit: response to reply. Thank you for responding and for reminding your teams. Lewisham council lists reasonable times for construction work as: Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm
Saturday, 8am–1pm. Bank holidays fall under Sunday rules which mean noisy building work is prohibited.

Selcom completed a loft extension for us in 2019. They did a great job, everyone was really nice and friendly. They did a great job and worked with us to make sure we got what we wanted and quickly resolved any issues etc. About a year later and no issues to report all still looks great.

dreadful, the builders were fantastic, the roofers terrible. Our loft was signed over on march 2014 and after numerous leaks they replaced it with a new one. I'm already on my 3rd leak. The roof holds about an inch of water for about 3/4 days after rain. The roofer came this morning to fix the latest leak and i asked him why he did'nt put a fall or gradient on when he put the second roof on he said he was'nt a carpenter. The roof is the main part of having a loft, if this keeps leaking it defeats the object.

Super unreliable company - total time wasters! They came over to give me a quote, took some measurements and then never got back to me despite chasing them several time. Always said I'll have it soon. The following year I tried again, they always said they'll call me back to book an appointment but never did. In the end I got them to make one and the day before the appointment they cancelled and said they are too busy to come over.
