Not only is Sally a lovely person, she is highly knowledgeable and always explains issues in a clear and understable way. Not only is Sally a delightful person she is also very knowledgeable on all aspects of computers, phones, tablets etc. She has just installed a new computer and has made is as simple as possible for me to use. She regularly serviced my old one and I will certainly continue with this support. She also supplies regular Newsletters which contain very useful information. I'm not in any way computer literate so to have someone like Sally is a godsend!

I have had the pleasure of working with Sally on a few occasions now and due to the nature of my business, I can honestly say she has been a total Godsend! Whereas everybody else failed Sally was able to extract and literally save pretty much 20 plus years of work that I had on a damaged hard drive to say I'm grateful is a complete understatement. It would seem there is nothing this young lady doesn't know about computers and is now my go to person for all computer related problems. Even just having my computer serviced by Sally has increased my production and quite simply saved me loads of time and money. A true professional, prompt, and affordable, she has single handedly restored my faith in the industry. I highly recommend.

To someone like me who is totally non-technical Sally has been a godsend, she is helpful, reliable, efficient, informative and most of all very, very patient.
