Extremely helpful guys. Aras who runs the show came in and was extremely helpful at helping us adjust our property to come in line with council leasehold guidelines in order to extend the lease on our property. This included a full structural survey with drawings drawn up, fitting a carpet instead of hard floors and replacing downlights with new surface mounted lights including filling and finishing the holes in the ceiling. Very quick, responsive and reliable. Highly recommend

Aras provided us structural calculations for a loft conversion, where he went above and beyond to help us through any concerns or questions we had (even outside of the remit of this instruction). He always replies very quickly and couldn’t recommend his services enough.

Aras has been absolutely amazing in bringing our project to life. From the first conversation we felt completely comfortable entrusting our project with him and he delivered everything promised and so much more.

The structural plans he completed for us were commended by all the builders for the immense detail and I also praised by our architect.

We had a few revisions to make and there was no hesitation within this. Whatever we needed the changes were made and sent back to us promptly.

Along the way we encountered some issues with the party wall process. Aras was helpful in this and spoke with the party wall surveyor to address all structural concerns and even came on site to visit to clarify details.

We honestly could not recommend him more to anyone.

I would like to say how impressed my wife and I have been with your work in relation to our proposed house extension, both with regard to the professional way in which you listened to and fully understood the brief together with the quality of your previous design proposals.
You made the whole process very clear to understand, including the planning and warrant application procedures and kept us fully informed of progress at every step.
Especially when we was under the stress as one of our application was refused and you have made a great decision toward new strategy to win our approval from Elembridge Council .
Also, we are so impressed and happy with all of your response through every question we had in mind.
Overall, we highly recommend Aras (Sera home) to our friend and family, not just because of your great work you have done for us, it’s actually because of your wonderful personality, manners and patient you had with us in Our Professional relationship.
