SFP has just completed a full terraced house renovation (starting from chimney breasts removal, through complete bathrooms make-over and all walls & floors change across the house). It's hard to believe that our place looked so different just a few months ago. Darren and his team were great to have around, always open to discuss our ideas and offer best advice that had our best interest in mind. I think their pricing is very fair and the outcome of works is better, than expected. Thank you for everything guys!

I sought some advice and a quote from Bruce for some works in my house. He wasn't able to visit, but took the time to help me on Whatsapp and he reviewed photos of the damage in my house and gave advice. He was very helpful and I feel much better equipped to research potential problems and deal with future trades people.

Darren was highly responsive and professional from his speedy and accurate estimate through to completion of our project on time.
SFP completely refurbished our kitchen. This included stripping out the old, replacing an extension roof, installing new plumbing and electrics, plus replastering.
The team were hard working, kept the site tidy and were courteous.
Darren was also excellent at managing the specialist sub contractors and liaising effectively with other suppliers, notably our kitchen supplier and his fitter.

Set Form Projects have been excellent, the workmanship has been to a really high standard throughout. Darren totally gets what you are looking for and makes helpful suggestions. He has been an excellent project manager. Danny and Martin have been hardworking always on site early and do a full days work, no corners cut, their work product and attitude has been spot on. My new kitchen and ensuite make the whole flat feel new. Can highly recommend and would 100% use Darren and the team again. Thanks very much for all the hard work 🙂

SFP carried out major structural repairs to our flat. We decided to remodel the bathroom and hallway at the same time, following Bruce's advice, and the new layout and extra storage space is fantastic. The team was reliable, friendly and professional and the finished work of a high standard. It felt like a different flat! Follow up work was done efficiently, as promised. Recently I couldn't find a plumber and contacted Bruce about a small leak in the shower; Darren trudged through the rain to fix it. This is more than a year on from the original job, and shows the degree of commitment SFP have to their clients, and the quality of work that they do. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

An excellent company to do business with. SFP designed and constructed a single storey, 2-room extension and converted 2 existing rooms into a large garden room that opens onto a newly enlarged patio. The attention to detail and willingness to create a solution that worked for us was first rate. There were no major snags in the project which was completed in the agreed timescale. The quality of after care service has also been very high. We would unreservedly recommend Bruce's company.

Bruce, Darren and the team fitted a new kitchen, bathroom and carried out some repair work to my recently purchased house. We had some bungled building work done by another builder on our roof skylights to a loft extension. It is very difficult to get other builders to come out to fix other people’s mistakes but Bruce came round and helped us to sort the issues we had. He was caring of our situation. Bruce and Setform Projects have an eye for the detail, this company do not in any ways cut corners. They take care to look after their staff, pride in their workmanship and also listen to the client and what their needs and requirements are, which in our case were more specific than most, I might imagine. The whole team were polite, hard working, clean and careful - a total delight to work with. Trusted. Detailed. On Time and to plan. In fact this company went above and beyond on our job and even painted the internal parts to the job that weren’t spec’d to be done originally. Can’t thank them enough for sorting out somebody else’s terrible building work and giving us what we should have had the first time around. Quality team, quality leadership. I would use them again every time.
