We've visited the Sheila Fleet Kirk Gallery & cafe a few times- first when we lived in Orkney in 2021 and most recently with friends this week for a breakfast.
The gallery & shop is as beautiful as ever. The food was as good as we remember it and the staff all friendly. Special mention to Lee who took our order and was just brilliant fun to have a natter & bit of banter with- you have another diamond there! He also sorted a peedie surprise for our 10th anniversary, which is the main reason we'd come back to our favourite island, to renew our wedding vows in this special place, but I'm glad we found time to visit the cafe again too.
Highly recommended for a visit whether you're just browsing, buying, eating or all three!

The transformation that has taken place inside the church is amazing. It's now a modern jewellery shop where the decor, attention to detail, and finishing of the shop is almost as impressive as the pieces that are on sale. There's a first class cafe (with teapots that actually pour properly) and another floor upstairs selling products from other creators. The location is beautiful too. My wife bought some earrings, and we're going back tomorrow just to enjoy more carrot cake.

Delightful cafe and worth the 10 minute drive from the Highland Park Distillery. I enjoyed the butternut squash, sweet potato, and ginger soup, a mocha, and the most delicious slice of carrot cake 🥕! The staff is cheerful, the large windows allow plenty of sunshine, and the drive out is lovely. I stopped a few times to snap pictures of ewes and horses. The cafe and restrooms are spotless!

We had a fabulous visit to the shop and café. Staff in both were so helpful and friendly. The only problem was choosing which item to buy for my daughter. Next time I will be buying for myself. We all enjoyed our lunch sat outside. I had the hassleback potatoes, which were delicious!

What can I say?!
The staff in both the gallery and the cafe are absolutely incredible.
Leigh, Lauren, Tracey , the chefs were absolutely incredible (sorry if I’ve forgotten anyone)
The lady in the jewellers who advised me to cycle behind the airport through ingerness beach , was just so lovely. Every time I came in she was just a ray of sunshine so big thanks to her and the other lady who let me keep my luggage In the gallery after a nightmare morning or lugging it around for an hour.
Asides from the incredible customer service , the gallery and cafe are a dream! The food is absolutely incredible x I will be back!

Another delightful lunch at the Sheila Fleet Cafe. We appreciated the tasteful decor and quality crockery. Food is inventive and delicious. Lee and Libby were helpful and engaging staff who provided warm and attentive service. The best place for breakfast, lunch or cake in Orkney.

Lovely cafe. We were welcomed graciously and accommodated despite not having a booking.

Seafood soup was yum, as were our deserts
The Shakshuka, a new summer menu item however was very disappointing as the eggs were hard, and the dish missed the whole point, which is for the eggs to be runny. The staff took my feedback with grace.

A lovely lunch experience however and hope to return during our Orkney stay.

It's hard to know where to start. This lovely place is a must visit when in Orkney. Book a table for brunch or lunch and browse the unique and amazing Sheila Fleet jewellery. There are other artisans fine wares in the upper gallery of the Kirk, but the star of the show is Sheila's gallery.

The design, attention to detail and execution of this little gem are like nothing I have ever seen before - it's such a well designed, beautiful place that even if you aren't into jewellery ( and you will be once you have seen it) you will love the look and feel of the place.

All the staff on site are just first class - every one of them - but special mention to Lisa and Maggie who looked after us in the gallery and cafe respectively.

Make sure you visit - you will not be disappointed.
