EDITED 20/10/24. We contacted Rob for a quote as had been let down by another builder. Within a couple of weeks, the build (kitchen and utility extension, and other renovations, including a new roof) had started. The majority was completed very quickly despite it being winter. Communication was good throughout the build, and the team on the job were friendly and professional. All the tradespeople provided were top notch. We love our new rooms. Edit : some of the render on the build is crumbling. We mentioned this to Rob in August and he said it was because some of it was applied when frosty. He said he would get it sorted before winter and would get his renderer to come round and check. Despite several texts reminding him we are still waiting to find out when it will be rectified.

We contracted Sheppard Brothers to build a retaining wall in our back garden and lay a concrete foundation as the base for our new summer house. The guys were with us for approx. 2 weeks and during that time we found them to be extremely professional, really tidy, well organised and they made sure our existing patio and driveway were fully protected during their works. We have no hesitation at all in recommending Sheppard Brothers - and we are already planning to arrange for them to do further work for us.

I would 100% recommend Rob and his team. He is so professional, always turned up as planned, no matter what the weather and always cleaned up before leaving which was a real bonus. Kept to time schedules, and costings and anything extra I needed was never too much trouble. The lads are professional and polite and absolute pleasure to work with. Rob has experience across all sectors of residential and commercial, and his quote was highly competitive so give him a call he will always respond quickly too.
