We bought this almost original 1970’s condo in Hallandale Beach! What a nightmare! The red tape with the association to get the permits was insane. ScionCorp was able to take care of all the issues thrown at us with ease and finesse step by step. From the HOA, to the County, inspections, everything!!! Juan Carlos and Mari were gems! Their attention to detail, priceless! They took out of the box ideas and expectations and made what seemed to be impossible, possible! From dropping the ceilings to add lighting to our cave, fitting a kitchen through a small opening, piece by piece, to reviving a terribly worn bathroom and bringing life to an enclosed bedroom! We were and are amazed with what they were able to accomplish in the time they did! Now our 1970’s dated apartment is an up to date beach oasis as if carved out of a dream!! Thanks Juan Carlos, Mari and ScionCorp for making our dream a reality!!! We are forever grateful!!!
