As virgin self builders yet to put a spade in the ground, we wanted to explore the various SIPS solutions and approached a number of suppliers prior to creating the specification for our new home. We met Chris Duckworth and felt very confident from the get go that they could provide us with SIP solution that could integrate well with our Architects ambitious design. Once was the decision was made to go with SIP rather than traditional building methods we chose SIP Build and I am delighted we did. Chris and the team, worked hard to bring our project in on time and the indicated 4 week build time was achieved. Our main contractor then took over but SIP build assisted with queries throughout the build. The end result is an efficient house that requires very little heating even in the coldest months. We are delighted with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending SIP Build UK

SIP Build UK were amazing from the moment we walked into their offices we know they were the company for our build.
We were rebuilding following a fire and they were very sympathetic to our situation.
Access to our site is along a narrow farm track that made deliveries and cranes far from easy, but this was not a problem and solutions were found.
7 years on and we are still very happy in our SIP's house and are thankful that the increasing energy costs are affecting us less than most.

Worked closely with Sip Build Uk over the building of our new cricket tearoom. From design to delivery and assembly it was faultless. Very professional company employing a friendly professional team. I’d certainly recommend and use for further projects.

Construction manager is a glorified sales person and lacks technical knowledge. Construction team, were not given the information they needed to do the job, so mistakes where made. The job was delayed three times at the last minute with additional costs to scafolding
He refused to follow the markers laid out by the surveyor, which meant mistakes where made. When onsite, I was threatened by the contruction manager that they would down tools unless more money was paid despite me previously agreeing to a 20% increase in cost of the job at the start as material costs had increased. Mistakes where made, that has cost be thousands to rectify. The wrong insulation was delivered to site, when they came to pick it up, they didn't have any way to load it. I had to pay for someone to come out and load if for the poor driver. A refusal to cover costs and no apology. Some 4 months later I still have not been provided with warranties despite been promised on multiple occassions. The sales director was always good to deal with and did find a solution to a problem that the Construction manager had refused to deal with. However this and the friendly disposition of the construction team, the only positive to say about this company.

From start finish SipBuild UK were a delight to deal with. I've never done any kind of building project before and they guided me through the whole process. The panels arrived onsite on time and the structure was watertight in a couple of days. Would definitely recommend. Jo
