Very happy with the entire service. Dennis is very helpful and knowledgeable. First contact made on Friday and received the quote on the same day (even with a discount as the property is local to their office), agreed with all terms on Monday, survey done on Wednesday and on Friday received full building survey report which was very informative. Of course the Estate agent and the seller have their own part played very well as they arranged the access so promptly but here is not about them.
